Our team has implemented a solution and is actively monitoring the system to ensure no further issues occur.

If any of your students were affected by this situation, please issue a new retake so they can start the assessment over.

Investigating

We have received reports that student responses are not saving on Imagine EdgeEX assessments and Imagine Edgenuity CTE assessments.

We are investigating and working with our third party vendor.

This incident affected: Courseware (Imagine Edgenuity, Imagine EdgeEX), Academies (Imagine Learning Excellence Academy, Giant Campus, Ignitia Virtual Academy, Park City Independent), and Virtual School Services (Imagine Instructional Services).
