The Imagine Learning instance of Genius SIS experienced system slowness last night and was taken offline at 9:47 PM ET for an emergency update, which was completed by 12:05 AM ET. The system has been performing optimally since then, and the update is expected to prevent future issues. This incident impacted Imagine Instructional Services, Imagine Learning Excellence Academy, Giant Campus, Ignitia Virtual Academy, and Park City Independent.
